The Account Management leader for a Global Key Account will maintain a keen understanding of the semiconductors industry and the value chain. Will bring expertise in sales, business development, product technology, customer needs, and competitive environment, relating them to future sales prospects, new product development partnerships and execution to ensure significant share increase across the main accounts. Candidates will also have awareness on how to work across multi-cultural business, technical and commercial boundaries for a global account and its ecosystem. This individual will work with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Field Engineering, Engineering and R&D to provide vision, guidance, and for growing the accounts and UCT Fluid Solutions footprint with this global key account and any additional customers.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience with target accounts
  • Experience in the semiconductor and/or Oil & Gas industry with substantial responsibility that included contact with a variety of industry firms.
  • In-depth knowledge of target market including customers, suppliers, key personnel, products, applications and technology.
  • A highly analytical approach
  • Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with engineering and other departments
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent oral and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to present and speak persuasively in public

Nice To Haves

  • MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience in semiconductor gas delivery systems is a distinct plus
  • Ability to assimilate and synthesize market related information from a variety of sources into a cohesive plan.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Initiate new product development based on customer long term technology trends
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
  • Serve as an evangelist for our products through thought leadership and blogging, social media, and speaking
  • New products introductions, offering and promotions.
  • Present the needs and voice of the customer to the organization and gather OEM trends intelligence to develop new customer solutions and growth initiatives.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation
  • Develop and implement the strategy for pricing, messaging, promotion and selling our products to key OEM accounts.
