The Senior Sanitation Manager is responsible for: Identifying and managing sanitation projects to ensure product quality and consistency, reduce food safety risk and eliminate waste at AFNA manufacturing sites. Developing and implementing performance based sanitation and continuous cleaning of equipment across AFNA enterprise. Providing leaders/operational teams with contemporaneous reporting safety and sanitation key indicators. Ensuring third party audit sanitation compliance and success at AFNA manufacturing sites. Collaborate with AFNA corporate departments and plant leadership to carry out sanitation based holistic loss analysis and reduction responsibilities in accordance with AFNA procedures and applicable regulatory laws. Integrate Sanitation improvement projects into Plant Master Plan (TPM) activities in accordance with ANFA Way. Troubleshoots environmental positive results and ensures corrective actions are implemented. Provides technical sanitation support and feedback to the plant sanitation departments.
