The Senior Manager, 340B FQHC & Grantees will lead strategic and operational support for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and grantee organizations participating in the 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role involves developing an organizational support structure and leading a team focused on helping FQHCs and grantees optimize program performance, ensure compliance, and build collaborative relationships with covered entities to drive sustainable value and access.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience.
  • 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business, or related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in 340B program management, preferably with FQHCs or grantees.
  • 1+ years of experience as a people leader.
  • Deep understanding of 340B regulations, HRSA audit protocols, and covered entity operations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with TPAs, split billing software, and pharmacy operations a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance 340B program performance for FQHCs and grantees, including contract pharmacy models, referral capture, and inventory management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for FQHC and grantee clients, ensuring alignment with program goals, resolving issues, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, BrandComm, Product Mgmt., and R&D/IT Ops teams to support integrated program delivery and innovation.
  • Lead educational initiatives for internal teams and clients on 340B best practices, compliance updates, and operational improvements.
  • Has accountability for the evaluation of program performance metrics, financial impact, and utilization trends to ensure informed decision-making and effective client reporting.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team that models ICARE and LEADRx values. Foster a customer centric culture with clear accountability, and focus on continuous improvement.
