About The Position
The Senior HR Manager is an experienced HRBP who has extensive practice partnering with senior leaders and leading transformative HR initiatives. This role works closely with our field leaders and HR teams to understand their objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies that drive business success. This role will play a key part in the development and oversight of continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent growth, and enable business results. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing HR strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proven ability to apply HR expertise to complex organizational challenges. A background in organizational development, project management methodologies, and the use of HR analytics to inform strategy is essential in this role.
