About The Position

The Sr Manager, Experience at T-Mobile is instrumental in leading our Experience stores, which are the forefront of our customer service and product discovery. This role is responsible for managing our most seasoned Mobile Experts and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service in alignment with our Team of Experts customer service model. They oversee the broadest range of T-Mobile products and ensure the deepest assortment is available to customers. The Sr Manager, Experience works closely with the Experience Store Manager team, driving the growth of our fastest expanding store format while delivering a level of customer experience that is second to none in the industry. Their leadership and strategic management significantly contribute to T-Mobile's mission of enhancing customer experience and service excellence.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 2-4 years - Sales & operational experience
  • 2-4 years - Multi-unit management experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all store locations meet the company’s requirements and are opened as per the business plan.
  • Provide management, oversight, direction, and motivation to store staff/management to build a cohesive, positive team environment that represents T-Mobile’s values.
  • Ensure that the retail stores are staffed and trained to the approved levels to meet customer traffic demands. This requires skills in recruiting, selection, hiring, training and working in a leadership and development capacity for the ongoing growth of your market.
  • Be the sales leader for this channel. This includes meeting and exceeding overall sales objectives, proper forecasting and ensuring that the resources are available to meet these goals.
  • Ensure store operations meet company standards and expectations.
  • Provide input into the strategic planning process for this channel.
  • Provide financial/management reporting as designed to support company requirements.
  • Develop store forecasts and budgets as required.
