About The Position
GEICO is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Executive Support Engineering team. Help drive our insurance business transformation as we transition from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. This role is critical in providing specialized technical support to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Senior Directors. The successful candidate will have a deep technical background, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record in managing teams that provide high-touch, personalized support to top-level executives.
