The Technical Product Manager in Legal Technology drives the product's strategy and roadmap while collaborating with Legal Operations, Attorneys, Compliance, Risk, Engineering, and Vendors to deliver scalable, AI-powered solutions. These initiatives focus on reducing legal risk, boosting productivity, and increasing efficiency in regulated environments. The manager leads enterprise system projects, implements innovative solutions, and steers global process improvements to maximize operational impact. Key responsibilities include defining product metrics, balancing priorities, and aligning diverse teams. This role bridges legal and technical functions, leveraging domain expertise and AI/ML to create data-driven, transformative solutions.

  • Performs the most highly complex SaaS and enterprise-wide applications assignments using enterprise systems knowledge and extensive business expertise
  • Leads large and complex cross-functional and cross-organizational enterprise systems projects and programs with high visibility
  • Designs, evaluates, and selects process, product, and service improvements based on thorough understanding of business needs and industry trends
  • Develops, evaluates, and selects standards, tools, and knowledge requirements for skill and career development
  • 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Product management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or infrastructure, with expertise in legal, contract tech, or adjacent regulated domains (e.g., fintech, legal tech).
  • Proven ability to build and deliver complex B2B cross-functional systems; strong understanding of the legal contract lifecycle, risk, and compliance.
  • Prior experience with contract management platforms (e.g., Sirion, APPTUS, DocuSign, Conga).
  • Knowledge of document processing, NLP for legal domains, knowledge graphs, text analytics, or semantic search.
  • Familiarity with privacy, data governance, security, and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
