The Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and Enterprise Architect (EA) role is responsible for establishing digital strategies in partnership with the Digital Technology (DT) Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to accelerate digital transformation within the business. This is a highly strategic role within the Collins Enterprise Architecture (EA) organization, collaborating extensively with all areas of DT, the Program Work Environment (PWE), and RTX Enterprise and Digital Services. This is a hybrid position that requires the candidate to be within driving distance of a major Collins Aerospace facility. Domain Expertise Possesses rich Information Technology (IT), Systems Engineering or related field experience, with a strong understanding of architectural principles and industry best practices. Ability to analyze industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate their impact on enterprise strategy and drive innovation. Acts as a Digital Technology (DT) thought leader and architectural evangelist, effectively communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eagerness To Engage Actively seeks cross-functional partnerships to align technology initiatives with business goals with the intent to maximize impact. Identifies and champions opportunities where digital solutions can create measurable business value. Takes the lead in driving discussions, proposing solutions, and ensuring follow-through on strategic initiatives.
