About The Position
Vimeo is seeking a talented and passionate Senior Engineering Manager to join our growing Trust & Safety team! As a Trust & Safety Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of engineers dedicated to building and enhancing safety features and technologies that protect our users and platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Policy, and Operations, to develop and implement innovative solutions that address the evolving challenges of online safety. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of Trust & Safety issues. This role may be exposed to disturbing and/or sensitive content.
