We are seeking a Senior IT Manager with deep expertise in eCommerce, Microservices, Spring Boot, API development, and Cloud Transformation to lead the development of our Unified Commerce Platform on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This role will focus on building scalable, domain-driven microservices, enabling omnichannel commerce capabilities, and working closely with product teams to drive innovation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on technical leader with expertise in cloud-native architectures, API-first development, and scalable commerce platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and engineering teams to deliver a high-performance, resilient, and feature-rich Unified Commerce ecosystem, ensuring a seamless customer experience across online, mobile, and in-store channels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and coaching engineering teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and technical excellence.
