The Sr. Manager of DC Operations is the tactical and developmental engine behind daily performance and mid-range planning across our highly automated distribution center. This role leads frontline teams through Operations Managers, Supervisors, & Production Controllers across all shifts to execute flawlessly while championing process optimization, associate growth, and cultural consistency rooted in our Crocs leadership values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related. Equivalent experience considered.
  • 7+ years in distribution leadership roles, including automation experience.
  • Proficiency in WMS, LMS tools, and performance analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage leaders, develop talent, and build collaborative teams.
  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodology preferred.
  • Reflects Crocs Inc values of empowerment, positive leadership, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee core DC functions—receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns—to meet daily throughput and service targets with urgency and simplicity.
  • Build confidently comfortable teams through consistent coaching, clear communication, and inclusive leadership.
  • Create a safe and empowering environment for associates and frontline leaders.
  • Drive process improvements via Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis.
  • Promote creative problem-solving and experimentation at the shift level.
  • Partner with Engineering and Maintenance to resolve daily tech or equipment issues.
  • Understand and optimize WMS and LMS usage in real time.
  • Forecast labor and productivity needs for seasonal or volume changes.
  • Execute tactical planning aligned to strategic site goals.
  • Monitor cost, quality, safety, and associate engagement.
  • Hold teams accountable while promoting development and feedback.
