We’re building a world-class Design team to lead this transformation, and we’re looking for a Senior Design Manager to drive strategy, mentor talent, and deliver high-impact design solutions that balance user needs with business outcomes. This person will lead a team of designers across multiple platforms (Mobile, Kiosk, Web), ensuring design quality and consistency at scale. Representing the voice of design in executive conversations, influencing direction and securing resources for key initiatives. Partnering with senior product and engineering leaders to set priorities, streamline workflows, and deliver at speed.
