Our Media Strategy and Planning team is responsible for optimizing media investment for Xfinity. Within this group, the Digital Media Analytics team operates as a shared service, delivering scalable analytic solutions and capabilities that support all lines of business. We are at the forefront of evolving advanced measurement technologies to ensure they are durable, futureproof, and privacy-compliant. Our vision is to evolve advanced advertising capabilities that are resilient and aligned with privacy standards, while building robust targeting and measurement solutions that enhance media performance. We continuously test and evaluate new approaches to mitigate the impact of signal loss and are committed to educating, onboarding, and driving adoption of these capabilities across stakeholder groups.

  • Develop and scale the digital media multi-touch attribution (MTA) solution and cross channel demand and acquisition analytics.
  • Improve measurement and develop insight to drive acquisition ROI.
  • Lead MTA strategic roadmap, performance measurement, reporting, and implementation across Residential and Comcast Business.
  • Drive platform enhancements to support new channels and lines of business.
  • Build actionable MMM/MTA use cases for divisional optimization.
  • Partner with vendors to ensure MTA data accuracy and integrity.
  • Use MTA tools for customer journey analysis and media efficiency improvements.
  • Develop communication plans to share insights across teams.
  • Educate stakeholders on MTA reporting and platform capabilities.
  • Expand MTA adoption with media and social partners.
  • Lead analytics and reporting across Paid Search, Display, Social, and Online Video.
  • Optimize digital media investment through demand and audience analytics.
  • Collaborate with media agencies on audience reporting.
  • Support cross-channel analytics (including offline) and identify reporting gaps.
  • Automate reporting for SEM, Display, Social, and OLV.
  • Enhance data integration to improve performance reporting.
  • Develop solutions to streamline reporting and automate data discrepancy resolution.
  • Present detailed quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to senior leadership to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Leverage strong listening, facilitation, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a quantitative focus required-Statistics, Economics, Marketing or other quantitative related field.
  • MBA & advanced degree in quantitative field preferred.
  • Analytical experience with online marketing and ecommerce space.
  • Critical understanding of online media, exposure to Off-Line Media, as well as technology a plus.
  • Hands on experience cross platform data and spreadsheet skills & ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Expert in data analytics languages & tools, SQL, Python, R.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage many projects simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results working with other teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, DataStudio, Alteryx, Power BI, etc).
  • Knowledge of other analytics tools a plus (Adobe Analytics, Google analytics, Google Cloud, AWS, etc).
  • Strong Excel skills necessary, including familiarity with the use of macros.
  • Experience with creation and utilization of PowerPoint presentations with a strategic focus.
