About The Position

The Senior Manager, Digital Healthcare Product Management at CVS Health is responsible for developing and executing digital products and initiatives for Aetna International's internal and external customers. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in handling customer expectations and relationship building.
  • 7+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior executive leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Aetna International's Provider and Plan Sponsor digital product strategy, vision, and the product backlog.
  • Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to make decisions about product strategy and roadmap.
  • Define and manage metrics to measure the success of efforts and inform the overall product strategy.
  • Engage with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits.
  • Conduct build-test-learn activities to validate assumptions and product direction quickly.
  • Document processes impacting customer journeys and outline business user acceptance criteria and testing approaches.
  • Decompose complex problems into manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the development team (Agile delivery).
  • Manage business case creation and understand business ROIs deeply.
  • Manage the product backlog, create an effective vision, and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
  • Ensure successful execution of development standards for tight feedback loops and clear product definition.
  • Coach cross-functional development organization members on collaboration, idea generation, consumer research, test design, execution, measurement, product implementation, customer interactions, and rollouts.
  • Consult with business and IT stakeholders during project execution to ensure business expectations are met and lead digital project reporting to senior executives.
  • Identify and develop services and service level agreements (SLAs) and educate senior leaders on service-related information.
