U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Digital Analytics Service Delivery Engineering team. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the implementation and evolution of digital analytics solutions across our digital platforms, empowering business partners with actionable insights and ensuring the highest standards of data quality, innovation, and security. You’ll manage and mentor a high-performing team of analytics consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll oversee digital analytics instrumentation and tagging for major business domains, modernize our platforms, and champion process optimization and team development. As the primary contact for business partners, marketers, analysts, and product managers, you’ll deliver technical tracking specifications, resolve implementation requests, and drive excellence in service delivery. You’ll design and build scalable, cloud-native digital analytics platforms, integrating real-time and event-driven analytics capabilities, and leveraging AI/ML, automation, and modular architectures to keep U.S. Bank at the forefront of the industry. You’ll champion data governance, privacy, and cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations and promoting secure, high-quality analytics across the enterprise
