Common Components and VCRS, a division of the Provider Business Unit, is hiring a Senior Engineering Manager on the Services Engineering Team. You are invited to become a thought leader on a team that is passionate about building cloud-first reusable services and scalable architectures. The primary purpose of this role is to lead development resources and participate in the efforts to solve complex technical problems to deliver vital, reliable product features to our customers. You will be hands-on, planning, developing, deploying, and releasing solutions in an agile environment. You will help develop people for the long term, recruiting, training, promoting, and advocating for your direct reports. The job duties will be split between 80% technical and 20% managerial.
