The Sr. Manager, Demand Planning, is responsible for maintaining a rolling forecast by SKU for the assigned Accounts owning the demand plan. S/he will also act as owner and subject matter expert for Blue Ridge Demand Planning and Forecasting. The role reports to the VP, Integrated Business, Planning. Act as subject matter expert for demand planning processes in Blue Ridge Demand Planning, including standard work, documentation and enhancements. Scope, design and implement updates to Blue Ridge Demand Planning design as business and supply chain footprint evolve. Partner with Account Leads within each Sales Channel to understand product demands (promotions, marketing events, historical sales, door changes, etc.). Provide trends, forecast misses and other intelligence to help inform Account Leads within each Sales Channel during Monthly Demand Review. Support new product launches and account initiatives by analyzing budget/sales inputs and providing Demand Planning recommendation. Support Supply Planning and Distribution with forecasts to drive production, distribution requirements and capacity analysis.
