About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Data Services & Insights to work directly with life sciences clients, delivering Data Warehouse (DWH), Master Data Management (MDM), and Data Visualization projects on cloud platforms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions, implement dashboards and reporting tools, and provide ongoing managed services. The role involves working with life sciences datasets, supporting analytics, and enabling actionable insights. Candidates should be comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels, managing risks and conflicts, and acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 5 – 10 years of experience delivering DWH, MDM, and Data Visualization solutions in life sciences.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms: Azure, Snowflake, or AWS.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Python
  • Strong knowledge of life sciences datasets (CRM, sales, commercial data).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and project execution skills.
  • Candidate must be willing to submit to a background check. Any prospective offer will be contingent upon completing a successful background screening.

  • AI/ML knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver DWH, MDM, and Data Visualization projects on cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, or AWS).
  • Deliver dashboards and reports built on Power BI, Tableau, and leverage Python for analytics; AI/ML experience is a plus.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture requirements, design solutions, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Support ongoing managed services, monitoring SLAs and maintaining operational excellence.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and act as a strategic partner to clients.
