About The Position
The Sr Manager, Data Analytics position is a critical role that provides oversight for data management and master data maintenance processes within the organization. This position serves as the Business Lead for SAP enhancements and systems integration that impact Supply Chain and Operations processes. The individual in this role will work closely with personnel at all levels of the organization, playing a key role in driving continuous improvement and enhancing business performance. In this leadership role, the Sr Manager will be responsible for guiding an assigned team by leading organizational change, developing and empowering staff, and cultivating relationships that foster a productive work environment. The manager will focus on meeting the personal career goals of team members while also achieving organizational objectives. Building effective teams that leverage diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals is essential, as is driving engagement and creating a motivating climate for team members. The position requires defining policies, standards, and procedures for master data and planning systems, as well as establishing data quality metrics for master data. The Sr Manager will monitor performance to evaluate data quality and compliance, and will be responsible for data cleansing and standardization activities. Efficiency improvements in master data processes are a priority, along with the maintenance and enhancement of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Additionally, the Sr Manager will identify and coordinate key collaborators for Corporate, Site, or Client requests related to developing SAP data digitalization solutions. Leading or participating in major change initiatives that impact Supply Chain processes and systems is also a key responsibility. The manager will coordinate a center of excellence team comprised of SAP and system experts who support systems and processes that affect site performance, ensuring that site SAP training solutions align with current business use. The role also involves preparing and conducting SAP Access Audits, all while maintaining a safe and responsible work environment to promote an injury-free workplace.
