About The Position
TopBuild is a highly acquisitive company, having been growing rapidly since its IPO in 2015. The company grew from $1.7B to $5.2B in 2023 and aspires to continue to grow over the next several years. As part of our commitment to supporting business growth through scalability of solutions and becoming a data-driven organization, we are seeking a Sr. Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the transformation of how data is used across the company. This role will be instrumental in building and leading a new team of data analysts and engineers, advancing the organization's data maturity in partnership with Data Management, and driving innovation through analytics. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the data and analytics strategy, partner with business leaders to implement machine learning and data science initiatives and streamline operational finance reporting processes. A key focus will be to improve reporting and analysis efficiency, enhance data personalization and security, and rationalize technologies toward a unified Oracle ADW and Microsoft Power BI platform. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong business acumen, a passion for empowering data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and innovative culture. Success in this role will require a customer-centric mindset, strategic vision, and hands-on leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
