About the Team In a fast-paced environment, you will lead a team of talented, dynamic, and passionate security platform engineers, working with key Architects, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), Engineering, System Owners and other stakeholders to deliver high quality solutions across our Platform Security products. The team works in an agile environment while maintaining the sound security posture our customers expect from Workday applications. About the Role This role will support one or more direct or indirect contracts with the U.S. Federal Government which, due to federal government security requirements, mandates that all Workday personnel working on the contracts be United States citizens (naturalized or native). The successful candidate will possess deep familiarity with the design/architecture, build, tradeoffs, and processes involved in deploying and operating security platform engineering tools and shared services used to protect the Workday stack to include but not limited to Tenable, Splunk, Qualys and Twistlock. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of building and leading teams responsible for security platform architecture, build, and operations within highly regulated security compliance boundaries.
