About The Position

Sr. Manager, Cyber Practice, remote opportunity in the US We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Cybersecurity Services to lead our cybersecurity services practice across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role is accountable for the overall performance, financial results, and service quality of the cybersecurity services portfolio, while delegating operational execution to senior leaders. You will work in close partnership with the Stefanini Cyber leadership to define, improve, and deploy global cybersecurity strategies, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency with the company's long-term vision. What will you do? Leadership & Strategic Oversight Define and drive the vision, strategy, and objectives for the global Cybersecurity Services organization. Own financial performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction for the cybersecurity services portfolio. Delegate operational delivery and day-to-day management to two direct reports, each responsible for a core security tower, while maintaining accountability for outcomes. Continuously evolve service offerings, delivery models, and quality standards to support growth and scalability. Promote innovation across services, including the adoption of automation, AI, and emerging security technologies to maintain a competitive advantage. Technical Leadership for Sales & Pre-Sales Act as a senior technical authority in complex sales and pre-sales engagements, particularly in the U.S., supporting new customer and business acquisitions. Partner with Global Cybersecurity, Pre-sales, and Professional Services teams to design differentiated and market-leading cybersecurity solutions. Review and validate solution architectures, pricing models, and commercial proposals. Provide expert guidance on security architecture, risk management, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices during customer engagements. Strategic Collaboration & Global Alignment Work closely with the VP of Infrastructure to ensure cybersecurity services align with broader infrastructure and technology strategies. Collaborate with the Stefanini Cyber leadership to co-develop and deploy global cybersecurity strategies, standards, and service roadmaps across regions. Partner with cross-functional technology and business leaders to ensure offerings remain aligned with market trends and customer needs. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including industry events, webinars, and executive customer briefings. Mentor and develop senior cybersecurity leaders, strengthening leadership depth and succession within the organization. What do you need to succeed? 10+ years of proven experience leading cybersecurity or IT security services organizations, with demonstrated commercial and operational success. Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity architectures, services, and industry best practices. Strong hands-on background in pre-sales and customer-facing roles, including solution design and pricing validation. Experience driving innovation, including automation and AI, within technology or security organizations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with C-level executives. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred. Requirements

  • 10+ years of proven experience leading cybersecurity or IT security services organizations, with demonstrated commercial and operational success.
  • Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity architectures, services, and industry best practices.
  • Strong hands-on background in pre-sales and customer-facing roles, including solution design and pricing validation.
