In this role, you will be a key marketing leader, advancing our enterprise customer centricity, strategies and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Marketing, the Senior Manager, Customer Strategy is responsible for generating a deep understanding of customer behavior and motivations, business performance, and learnings fueled by insights flywheel. To be successful, this leader will influence initiatives and activations that deepen customer loyalty and drive value. The ideal candidate is a strategic customer marketer with a proven ability to foster relationships, drive performance, and align cross-functional teams toward shared goals. The Senior Manager will partner with Analytics, Insights, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to drive customer lens and growth. This individual must be a strong customer strategist who embraces the art and science of customer insights and marketing. The Senior Manager, Customer Strategy has an inclusive and collaborative leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer behaviors and motivations, and socializing business performance in customer terms with key leaders and stakeholders
  • Identifying customer trends, risks, and opportunities, and making relevant recommendations
  • Leading the development and execution of customer-centric objectives and strategies
  • Partnering with Analytics and Insights on flywheel input and prioritization to guide customer hypotheses
  • Serving as go-to Customer Marketing contact by advocating for and providing customer perspective in enterprise business cases and initiatives
  • Building cross-functional customer roadmap, identifying and influencing opportunities to drive growth and deepen loyalty
  • Leading Manager, Customer Opportunities & Activation and overseeing their end-to-end leadership of activations and lifecycle marketing to support customer objectives
  • Maintaining knowledge of consumer and cultural trends, key retail and industry best practices, competitive landscape, and internal operational processes
  • Cultivating a collaborative work environment and cross-functional partnerships to ensure coordination and cohesive strategies
  • Be a thought leader; motivate, inspire, and mentor others
  • 8+ years customer strategy and marketing experience
  • Demonstrated success driving customer value through leadership of multi-functional initiatives and marketing activations
  • A big picture strategic thinker with the ability to understand and action complex data
  • Organized "doer" with data-driven mentality, bias towards action, growth mindset, and attention to detail
  • Strong experience managing through ambiguity, with proactive problem-solving skills, to move planning forward in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team, as well as build relationships, lead through influence and deliver results in a highly collaborative setting
  • Honed verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting in various forums, including leadership level
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
