The Customer Engagement Manager will be responsible for deeply engaging and growing the business relationship of existing accounts. This role will be focused on growing CloudMoyo’s services business which includes Consulting, Implementation, Integration, Analytics, GenAI, Application Development and Managed Services for CloudMoyo Services engagement, Product implementations including CloudMoyo’s products and ICERTIS Contract Lifecycle Management platform. Manages opportunities through all phases including prospecting, qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process, discipline, and expertise. Has the ability to develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework to enable our client’s enterprise modernization journey. The candidate will be responsible for driving new sales in the US.
