Join our team as the Sr Manager, Customer Account Management – Enterprise Strategy, based out of our Bentonville, AR location. In this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between our customers and the THS Account Management organization, driving initiatives that enhance forecasting accuracy, service performance, and overall cost-to-serve. You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise planning solutions, develop tools and processes that elevate Account Management capabilities, and provide data-driven insights to support Joint Business Planning and other strategic priorities. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with CAM, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales, IT, and Network Operations to streamline processes, accelerate decision-making, and unlock value-added opportunities.
