We manage and evolve financial products and services that strengthen guest loyalty, simplify financial experiences, and fuel Target’s growth. Our Circle Card team owns the day-to-day servicing and strategies associated with your Target Circle Debit, Target Circle Credit Card and Co-Branded Target Circle Mastercard Credit Card products. As a Sr. Manager, Credit Risk, you’ll work under the direction of a Director Credit Risk to use a risk/reward methodology to analyze credit and debit policies and strategy decisions, gather relevant internal and external data, use a variety of tools and techniques to perform statistical and financial analysis that create actionable decisions, implement strategic initiatives through an adaptive control methodology that leads to optimal performance and continual learning, and disseminate results through reporting and presentations to both senior management and impacted business lines. About you: B.S. in Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Masters preferred) Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial services experience Knowledge of data analytics and reporting Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in financial services industry and knowledge of best practices Collections, credit bureau reporting, or other operations experience a plus This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as "Flex for Your Day") work arrangement based on Target's needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location that's not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member's core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Requirements
