Truly, the possibilities are beautiful. The Creative Operations Sr Manager plays a key role in establishing the global ways of working, processes, and best practices for the creative team. This role is the key to ensuring effective briefings, appropriate resources, relevant timelines, creative reviews, and the ultimate delivery of high-quality work that is projects are delivered on brand and on time. Reporting to the VP of Creative and Editorial, this role leads a growing, influential team that partners closely with internal and external operations teams to ensure the delivery of materials that support Brand Marketing initiatives for Ulta Beauty. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in creative operations, strong project management skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, demonstrating success in driving creative excellence and operational efficiency.
