What you’ll do Own and manage the corporate M&A valuation model to ensure accuracy, flexibility, and alignment in support of corporate development for live M&A transactions and target acquisitions Standardardized reporting processes for post-M&A performance tracking and Board of Directors update Act as the FP&A partner to Corporate Development and Finance Gather and validate financial forecasts and assumptions in support of acquisition valuation Drive the financial due diligence process for target companies, cross-functionally collaborating with tax, accounting, legal, and business unit leaders to validate synergy assumptions. Prepare board materials and deal decks to provide enhanced visibility into deal logic, sensitivity analysis, and return on investment (IRR). Articulate and calculate complex deal mechanics, including working capital adjustments, earn-outs, and synergy realization timelines. What experience you need Minimum 5 years of professional experience 3+ years relevant experience supporting M&A functions Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field. You have a deep understanding of accounting, valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Comps), and tax implications You have experience with financial data tools i.e., Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or Pitchbook and are proficient in analyzing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Ability to deeply understand what’s driving enterprise value and the ability to defend assumptions under rigorous scrutiny of assumptions and financial projections Experience building complex, 3-statement financial models from scratch as well as maintaining and evolving Excel models using advanced formulas and macros What could set you apart CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation MBA or Master’s level degree in Finance. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience
