The Senior Manager, Compliance / Compliance Counsel will play a vital role in shaping and driving Cepheid's global healthcare ethics and compliance program. This role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer of Cepheid. This role will partner with Cepheid, Danaher Diagnostics Platform, and broader Danaher stakeholders to develop, implement, and continuously improve a global compliance program that meets or exceeds the organization's objectives, compliance requirements, and expectations. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to grow professionally within the role by assuming increasing levels of responsibility and gaining and applying knowledge across various fields. This position is part of Cepheid's Legal and Compliance organization. Preference will be given to candidates who can be on-site at Cepheid's Sunnyvale, California headquarters, although remote candidates located in or near other major Danaher U.S. hubs will be considered.
