About The Position
The Senior Manager, Global Compensation is a compensation business partner role that is aligned to an operating unit(s) or function(s) within West. Individuals in this role support the overall Enterprise structure as the main point of contact for all matters related to compensation programs. The individual in this role will support HR Business Partners and the organization to enhance our ability to attract, engage and retain team members with a cost consciousness focus, while ensuring alignment with our Total Rewards philosophy, best practices, business strategies, and financial objectives. Programs include job leveling and pricing of roles, leading the annual compensation planning for the client group, managing and supporting incentive plan assignment and communication, along with deployment of corporate driven plans. This role will work closely with H&R and business leaders, Finance and IT to deliver on objectives.
