This Sr. Manager role on the Communications team supports enterprise priorities by leading the planning, coordination, and execution of major internal initiatives and employee engagement programs while ensuring those initiatives are supported by clear, effective internal communications. The position serves as a central program lead responsible for organizing and delivering key internal programs that connect employees to company priorities, leadership messaging, and strategic initiatives. This includes live media preparation and organization across the enterprise. While the role sits within the Communications organization, the primary focus is on program execution, operational coordination, and cross-functional alignment, with internal communications support serving as a complementary component of the role. In addition, the role requires strong executive presence and ability to coordinate and prepare across various business units’ objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline and the ability to translate complex initiatives into structured internal programs that are supported by clear communication and high-quality executive materials.
