Job Description: Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Sr. Manager, Commercial Transformation – Project Osprey - Orthopedics (Fixed-Term - 24 months) within the Commercial Services Excellence team. This role sits within Global Services Strategic Solutions and Commercial Services , partnering with GS Commercial Services, Enterprise Admin Operations, and Master Data Management. The team leads major transformation initiatives, delivers services and capabilities across Global Services, and creates value for the enterprise. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Transformation, this role will lead the transition of services, experience, and capabilities related to the Depuy Synthes (DPS) separation , ensuring cohesion across commercial, operational, and systems activities and the implementation of strategies and solutions within the Strategic Solutions and Commercial Services organization. This is a 24‑month duration-based role .
