Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience to include influential leadership, process facilitation, analytical problem solving and use of digital tools in support of CRM.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience as defined above.
  • Experience communicating with and delivering presentations to all levels of leadership.
  • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Customer relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Directors and Regional Sales VP for assigned China region by being an integral part of the team that focuses on executing NEB & Aftermarket deals.
  • Work closely with the Commercial Engines Sales team on customer campaigns.
  • Develop & maintain standard work and guidelines to support the sales campaign process.
  • Maintain CRM / Microsoft Dynamics Sales entity user guides and support user requests for new functionality.
  • Manage approvals meetings and scheduling.
  • Complete Airframer Operations tasks such as GTF Customer Aircraft Demand & Intel reporting.
  • Complete sales reporting tasks and facilitate Campaign/Customer Focus Team Best Practice Sharing.
  • Facilitate After Action Reviews to incorporate Lessons Learned into the Sales Process.
  • Manage and lead thrust upgrade requests from customer request through financial approval and documentation to the customer.
  • Facilitate customer visits (visitor registration forms, assemble decks from various groups).
  • Work with customers to understand their needs (setup product overview meetings, manage PW product offerings like EWR or Freedom, NDAs, etc.).
  • Contribute to campaign strategy projects & initiatives.
  • Serve as the Sales Business Lead for Microsoft Dynamics / CRM.
  • Author standard work, conduct trainings and partner with DT on improvement initiatives / system enhancements.
  • Lead General Terms Agreement (GTA) Aftermarket invoice approval auditing and processing.
