We are seeking a highly motivated Collision Repair Program Network Performance Manager to lead the operational performance, quality assurance, and efficiency of the Lucid Approved Body Repair network. This role is laser-focused on driving measurable improvements in body shop throughput, repair quality, adherence to Lucid repair methodologies, and overall customer satisfaction (CSI) scores and key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and problem solver who can engage with collision centers, insurance adjusters, and internal OEM teams to eliminate inefficiencies, improve cycle times, and ensure 100% adherence to OEM standards. You will hold network shops accountable for performance improvement, escalate non-compliance issues, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness, repair quality, and shop productivity.

  • Aggressively drive performance improvements in cycle time, first-time repair quality, and CSI scores across the Lucid Approved Body Repair network.
  • Monitor, analyze, and enforce KPI targets, ensuring shops meet or exceed expectations for key-to-key time, quality, and adherence to OEM repair standards.
  • Implement best practices for operational efficiency across the network, reducing rework rates and increasing shop throughput.
  • Hold underperforming repair centers accountable, developing and enforcing corrective action plans to meet OEM standards.
  • Troubleshoot low performing body shops to determine workable performance improvement plans.
  • Conduct rigorous audits and inspections of certified repair centers to ensure strict adherence to Lucid repair methodologies, parts usage, and program operating standards.
  • Identify and resolve quality compliance deficiencies, working closely with repair centers to implement corrective measures.
  • Act as the primary liaison between collision centers, insurance adjusters, and internal OEM teams to ensure repair estimates align with Lucid processes and eliminate unnecessary costs or deviations.
  • Enforce Lucid-approved repair standards, pushing back against insurance companies attempting to influence repairs outside of OEM guidelines.
  • Resolve disputes between shops and insurers, ensuring repairs meet both operational efficiency targets and Lucid quality requirements.
  • Work with the Body Repair Network Operations manager to maintain and analyze comprehensive performance reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across the network.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to continuously refine program strategies and elevate network-wide performance.
  • Work with the Lucid Body Repair and Service training teams to identify training requirements and the Service and Body Repair Operations teams to continuously improve operational best practices and performance metrics.
  • Work with the Lucid body repair and Service technical teams to identify new repair techniques from network feedback.
  • 10+ years of experience in collision repair program management, operational performance improvement, or auto body shop network oversight.
  • Deep understanding of OEM collision repair standards, collision repair process flow, and performance KPIs.
  • Proven experience optimizing repair network efficiency, driving throughput improvements, and enforcing compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, KPI tracking, and process optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with body repair shop operations, estimating, insurance negotiations, and dispute resolution.
  • Service Center Operations experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance improvement.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct site visits, performance evaluations, and network audits.
  • OEM-certified program experience.
