The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills. You understand the complexities of investment product collateral and know how to leverage data to create automation that matters. Your toolkit includes data languages such as SQL; technologies that support data extraction and transformation processes, automation, and analytics such as Snowflake and APIs; and data visualization platforms like Power BI and Tableau. You’re comfortable working with Seismic, Nuxeo, and other collateral management systems, and you have a knack for statistical analysis and data storytelling. Most importantly, you are eager to learn and excel at collaborating across teams, solving problems, and driving innovation.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the financial data pipelines, data consumption methods, and financial product data.
  • Expertise in data analysis, data automation, and workflow optimization.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, bridging the gap between deep technical concepts and direct business results.
  • Ability to deliver data-driven and result-focused recommendations with measurable impacts and effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake experience.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with collateral and data management tools such as Seismic, Nuxeo, Coric, APXStream, and other data providers including MorningStar, eInvestment, or Bloomberg.
  • Ability to communicate with senior audiences, prioritize multiple workstreams based on effort and impact, and lead projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years in data analytics, automation, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in investment product collateral or financial services.
  • Strong background in data quality validation, extraction, and visualization.
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical projects and teams.
