We’re seeking a dynamic Sr Manager CoBrand Program to lead one of Southwest Airlines’ most important growth engines: our multi‑billion‑dollar Rapid Rewards Co‑Brand credit card portfolio. In this high‑impact role, you’ll guide strategy, drive acquisitions and Customer retention, and spearhead digital optimization to expand and strengthen the program. You’ll oversee a talented Team of Managers and individual contributors, ensuring flawless execution of go‑to‑market campaigns while delivering measurable portfolio growth. As the Leader accountable for financial performance, you’ll manage annual operating plans, track KPIs, and present results to Executive audiences. Beyond numbers, you’ll shape innovation through product development, Technology initiatives, creative campaigns, and Customer insights. You’ll also serve as the key partner to Chase and Visa, building strong external relationships while fostering collaboration across Southwest. Just as importantly, you’ll inspire and develop your Team, cultivating a Culture where People thrive and deliver their best. This is a high‑visibility leadership opportunity with direct influence on Southwest’s revenue, loyalty, and brand success.
