About The Position

This role will lead channel marketing strategy and field training initiatives to drive brand presence, partner engagement, and sales performance across ZAGG’s retail and distribution network. You will develop and execute marketing programs tailored to channel partners, while building and leading a field training function that ensures partners and internal teams are equipped to effectively represent and sell ZAGG products. This position is essential for growing our market reach and strengthening partner relationships through training, enablement, and co-marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in channel marketing, trade marketing, field training, or partner enablement, preferably within consumer electronics, mobile accessories, or durable goods.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing channel marketing programs that drive measurable sales growth.
  • Experience building and leading field training or sales enablement functions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Creative thinker with a solutions-oriented approach.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or training platforms is a plus.
  • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to increase sell-through and brand visibility across key retail, distributor, and international partners.
  • Lead the creation and execution of partner-facing marketing campaigns, promotional programs, and sales enablement tools.
  • Build, manage, and scale the field training function, including curriculum design, training delivery, and certification programs for partners and internal field teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure alignment of channel initiatives with product launches and brand campaigns.
  • Analyze channel performance data to identify opportunities for growth, training needs, and program improvements.
  • Manage channel marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI measurement.
  • Establish strong relationships with key channel partners to support joint business planning and co-marketing activities.
  • Travel as needed to conduct field trainings, attend partner meetings, and support major retail launches.
  • Evaluate and implement training technologies or platforms to enhance scalability and effectiveness of field training.
  • Monitor competitor channel activities and market trends to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
