Advance your career as a Sr. Manager, Category Management supporting top Grocery Channel customers. Location is open as you will be managing 7 direct reports that are geographically dispersed. You will manage 5 Category Managers, 1 Associate Category Manager and a Temporary Student Support role. The ideal candidate must have the ability to overnight travel up to 25% of the time (may vary depending on location). As part of a high-performing team, you will use analytics and thought leadership to execute category strategies in alignment with customer priorities. As a leader within the WK Kellogg Sales team you will have a high level of internal and external interaction and influence. You will also utilize sales data and customer insights to develop innovative solutions that drive growth within the Cereal Category.
