Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years' experience in leadership, overseeing teams in business solutions, data analytics, and integrations.
  • Experience in agile environments with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD functionalities and experience with ServiceNow Demand is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, including machine learning and natural language processing.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Service Now, AWS, Azure, GCP) and knowledge of big data technologies.
  • Familiarity with low code, no code, and Workday solutions.
  • Experience with data integration platforms and technologies such as API integrations and ETL processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively coordinate and prioritize service delivery activities for key technologies.
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives, facilitate resource allocation, and foster collaboration to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and refine business processes, driving the adoption of automation and integration solutions.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive documentation of business requirements and workflows.
  • Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Foster open communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to support user acceptance testing and validation efforts.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in business solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations based on data analysis.
