Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of industry experience across geographies and process areas.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management sub-processes.
  • Experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications.
  • Experience in Contract Operations, Commercial Operations, and Order to Cash processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership experience at Manager level or above.
  • Experience with ERP or large-scale business system transformation programs, preferably SAP S4 HANA.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of global revenue management processes, including contracts, pricing activation, incentive rebates, GPO admin fees, and chargeback management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes aligned with global application roadmaps and standardized functionality.
  • Partner with business process owners, deployment leads, and IT solution owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design.
  • Drive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies, supporting workshops, training, testing, and change management activities.
  • Influence global application selection and design by providing strategic input based on business needs and process expertise.
  • Support deployment readiness activities including data conversion, testing execution, and hyper-care support.
  • Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment with program goals.
  • Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within the revenue management process area, contributing to overall program success.

Benefits

  • $129,600 - $286,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
  • Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
