Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in information technology, computer science, management information systems, business, or a closely related field.
  • At least 5 years of application and process experience working in PLM, data management, and SAP, and in-depth knowledge of the latest SAP advancements.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing/business environment, preferably in a global environment.
  • Experience with managing Made to Order and Engineer to Order products across New product introduction, Product Lifecycle Management, and Plan to Deliver processes.
  • Ability to work and thrive in global and highly ambiguous environments with ever-changing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Strong business knowledge with demonstrated facilitation and leadership skills; ability to drive for results without direct authority.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport and relationships and influence senior management.
  • Proven skill in coordinating, guiding, and completing various tasks and plans; skilled in achieving outcomes, managing complex projects, and translating ideas into tangible actions.
  • Capable of efficiently planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple key projects, solving problems, and making effective decisions with the right individuals involved.
  • Collaborative and innovative mentality to foster teamwork, strong cross-functional integration with diverse perspectives, and bring teams to consensus/alignment in a matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation skills, and presentation development skills.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office, Process Management/Workflow, and collaboration tools (MS PowerApp, PowerBI, Power Automate, SharePoint, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Agile, Lean Enterprise, Six Sigma experience and/or certification.
  • SAP Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the development and support of Bioscience’s R&D PLM and data management tool applications built on the .NET framework, including end-to-end process documentation.
  • Lead and manage Project Manager, support team for Bioscience’s key transformations, deployments, improvements, and releases.
  • Drive prioritization of new feature improvements, manage collaborator and communication strategies, and lead all aspects of vendor relationships.
  • Lead and manage comprehensive documentation of technical processes and workflows, ensuring ongoing system stability, performance, and reliability.
  • Lead and oversee multiple vendor and service provider teams responsible for application development, support, and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.
  • Provide technical oversight by critically evaluating and challenging support and development teams on solution design, technical assessments, timelines, and budget estimates to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Using standard methodology technology and project management tools and methodologies to manage projects from start to finish, including concept development, initiation, case development, needs assessments, solutioning, impact assessment, integrations, mapping processes, and documenting, testing, training, planning, executing, and closing/transitioning projects for sustainability.
  • Ensure projects and initiatives are delivered to successfully achieve Key Performance Indicators, providing consistent and effective communication on status, handling critical issues, and avoiding risk.
  • Coordinate communication between business and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with Bioscience’s Technology Governance and Portfolio Management by receiving requests, tracking opportunities, assessing priorities, aligning with goals, and developing plans for annual planning.
  • Promote sustainability and modernization at Bioscience’s worldwide using technology and automation.
  • Stay current on industry trends and use new technologies effectively.
  • Collaborate with other teams and regions to develop or update policies, programs, or processes.
  • SAP/Technology Super User with expertise in Break/Fix, Diagnosis & Troubleshoot, and improving organization capabilities through training, education, and communications to demonstrate our technology investments.
