This role is responsible for the global PCS business operations including customer experience, order management, purchasing, inbound freight logistics, global trade compliance (GTC), commercial operations, and inventory management. The primary objective of the position is to achieve and maintain superior customer satisfaction with PCS cGMP Distribution and Assurance of Supply Services while simultaneously supporting PCS financial objectives for inbound freight costs, inventory metrics, and other supply chain expenses across the global PCS distribution network. The Sr Manager will strive to eliminate or minimize supply chain risks and provide strategic supply chain solutions for our global customers. They are responsible for the Account Services, Supply Chain, Training, and Commercial Operations departments while also working cross functionally with other PCS functional leaders to accomplish these objectives and champion a culture of collaboration and growth mindset.
