About The Position

The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Reporting drives the development and delivery of enterprise reporting solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. This role leads the migration and standardization of legacy reports, manages BI platform adoption, and partners with business and technical teams to deliver impactful dashboards and analytics. Reporting to the Director of Business Intelligence Reporting, the Senior Manager fosters a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, and Snowflake.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and iterative reporting delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, data modeling, and metadata management.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise data catalog tools (e.g., Atlan, Atlassian) preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI and automation in reporting, including predictive modeling and smart insights.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the migration, standardization, and onboarding of legacy reports to the enterprise BI platform (MiNT).
  • Develop and execute BI reporting strategies focused on scalable architecture and visual excellence.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to deliver rapid, iterative reporting solutions.
  • Promote and enforce enterprise BI standards for consistency, governance, and centralized access.
  • Integrate AI-enhanced capabilities such as predictive insights and smart alerts into dashboards.
  • Champion agile BI delivery, including prototyping and continuous user feedback.
  • Replace traditional requirements gathering with collaborative design sessions and mockups.
  • Establish and maintain standardized visualization frameworks and dashboard templates.
  • Track and report KPIs for platform adoption, delivery speed, usage, and reporting quality.
  • Mentor and manage offshore report developers, ensuring quality and accountability.
