About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact analytics and BI function that drives strategic decision-making across the organization. You will manage a global team of analysts and data engineers, modernizing analytics operations, consolidating metrics, and delivering actionable insights to business leaders. The role involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and establish a trusted source of truth for organizational performance. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, from identifying data gaps and designing models to presenting insights that improve efficiency and customer outcomes. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical expertise, with a focus on fostering a data-driven culture. Ideal candidates are collaborative, results-oriented, and capable of leading complex projects across multiple business functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4+ years managing high-performing analytics teams, with end-to-end ownership of insights and BI delivery.
• 6+ years of experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Sigma, Tableau, or similar.
• 8+ years in analytics development, data operations, or product analytics in fast-paced environments.
• Strong technical proficiency in data warehousing platforms like Redshift or Snowflake.
• Experience synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights and building scalable analytics processes.
• Proven ability to define and track metrics to improve product and operational performance.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with experience driving operational efficiency and data-informed business decisions.

• Experience with healthcare data, payer operations, or analytics for product/operational improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a central BI & Delivery team, managing global analysts and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define, standardize, and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytics tools to measure product, operational, and client performance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to identify key data sets, address gaps, and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain a curated source of truth for analytics and reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Oversee data governance, including version control, documentation, and model change management.
• Drive adoption of analytics tools and insights, training business partners to derive independent value from data.
• Execute complex, cross-functional analytics projects to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
