About The Position

The Sr. Marketing Manager for Andersen is responsible for overseeing brand marketing, product marketing, and customer insight functions. This role is pivotal in setting the long-term strategic direction for the Andersen brand, making high-impact decisions that drive market demand and enhance brand and product preference. By gathering and assessing customer and marketing data, the Sr. Marketing Manager ensures that customer insights inform marketing strategies and decisions, ultimately contributing to the overall market success of Andersen’s products.

Requirements

  • BSBA in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of brand and marketing experience with a proven track record leading successful, large-scale marketing campaigns; agency and design experience preferred.
  • Able to define and executive against long-term strategies that drive business outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to build and strengthen the Andersen brand.
  • Define and maintain brand standards, manage brand education, and oversee activation to ensure consistent identity and messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and measure brand performance and perception.
  • Manage large scale, national brand marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive brand preference and choice.
  • Develop differentiated product positioning and messaging for Andersen products.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies.
  • Equip sales teams with tools and materials to sell effectively.
  • Manage product launches for successful market entry.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain customer personas to guide marketing strategy.
  • Implement a customer insights model for consistent data collection.
  • Establish processes to integrate insights into marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Regularly communicate customer-driven insights to stakeholders to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business strategy.
  • Manage high-performing team and key agency partnerships.
  • Manage brand and product marketing and large scale media budgets.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Manages direct reports; provides ongoing mentorship and development of junior team members.
  • Collaborates with a diverse group of senior internal and external partners, including responsibility for leading major cross-functional initiatives that drive organizational change.
  • Provides brand guidance to large group of internal and external partners.
