About The Position
The Senior Manager, Benefits is responsible for the implementation, administration and oversight of Company-wide employee benefits plans (health & welfare). The Senior Manager participates in the development of the overall benefits strategy which includes, but is not limited to, supporting the HR leadership in the development of benefits program strategies that support employee attraction and retention while effectively managing fiscal resources.
