About The Position

We're seeking a strategic and execution-focused B2B Events Marketing Manager to join our growing commercial team. You'll own Airvet's event strategy across key B2B channels, from large industry conferences to intimate executive roundtables, hosted dinners, and broker/consultant programming, ensuring every event deepens relationships and drives measurable impact with top employers and benefits decision makers. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B event marketing experience
  • Background in broker and consultant event programming is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience owning sponsorship strategy and measuring event ROI, connecting event investment to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience designing and executing pre- and post-event nurture programs that convert event engagement into sales opportunities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Exceptional organizational skills and comfort working within defined processes and timelines
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive,  a team player who can tackle both strategic initiatives and immediate business needs
  • Must love pets!

  • Previous experience working at high-growth start-ups
  • Familiarity with Canva and LeadPages

Responsibilities

  • Own conference strategy and execution across priority B2B events (e.g., Conference Board, Business Group on Health, Lockton People Solutions), from event selection and sponsorship negotiation through post-event wrap-up
  • Design and execute GTM event programming, including hosted dinners, VIP roundtables, and C-suite experiences that deepen strategic relationships
  • Develop sponsorship strategy and build ROI measurement frameworks that tie event investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Build and execute pre- and post-event campaigns and nurture programs in partnership with the broader marketing team, ensuring every event drives measurable follow-through
  • Drive field activation and regional presence in key markets, coordinating logistics, staffing, and local engagement
  • Manage project plans, vendor coordination, material shipments, and on-site or virtual logistics to ensure smooth execution
  • Track budgets and expenses across all events, maintaining clear documentation and timely updates
  • Coordinate post-event lead uploads and follow-up workflows in partnership with Sales and Marketing Operations
