The Ad Response Prediction (ARP) team within Sponsored Products and Brands (SPB) powers personalized shopping experiences for SPB ads across placements, pages, and devices worldwide. We build deep learning (DL) and generative AI (GenAI) solutions to predict shopper responses and derive session understanding, enabling optimization across every stage of the ad serving process-from sourcing and bidding to widget discovery and auctions. We are seeking a Senior Applied Science Manager with a strong background in machine learning and advertising to advance shopping session understanding and integrate it into Amazon's advertising systems. The ideal candidate has experience leading both scientists and engineers and is passionate about applying advanced GenAI technologies to transform the advertising experience.
