Sr Manager, Analytics and Reporting (IKC)
About The Position
The senior manager must be able to work successfully with cross-functional teams and have lead teams across departments. The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Write SQL queries against data warehouses containing clinical operations and medical claims data to support analytic requests and delivery of summarized outcomes and insights Develop summary level reporting to assist operations leaders in monitoring quality performance and understanding areas of success or opportunity Leverage reporting and supporting data to monitor quality performance and identifying insights around clinical, demographic and industry trends and contribution to quality outcomes Partner with stakeholders to define technical and business requirements for reporting and analytic requests Design reporting and communication materials to facilitate consistent interpretation of program performance to Davita IKC leadership and external stakeholders Develop executive level communications, typically done in PowerPoint, and adapt communication for relevant internal stakeholders (clinical, finance, operations) Guide stakeholders on development of KPIs and goals Manage a team of analysts and ensure that deadlines are met as needed. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience with business/financial analysis; healthcare preferred
- 1-3 years of experience managing teams
- 1 year experience with SQL and querying relational databases
- Extensive Excel experience with data manipulation and pivot tables
- Extensive experience developing presentations in PowerPoint
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools, preferred
