The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with a focus on events and trade shows. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing conference related projects from concept development to on-site execution, ensuring seamless operations within budget and time constraints. They will manage additional aspects including venue coordination, speaker management, and partner with inclusion relationship managers for attendee orientation, vendor management, and overall event logistics to achieve successful outcomes.
